Immanuel, I wanted to extend my thanks to
you for introducing me to *client*. I am looking forward to working with them
and excited about the opportunity to be part of a growing company. This would
never had occurred without your assistance. Please share my gratitude with
Larry as well. I enjoyed meeting him and valued his input.
A.A. Hi
there! My first day on the job and everything is absolutely wonderful. I
honestly don't think that there is a better match for me out there. You guys
are truly good at what you do. I have expressed my thanks many times but it
just doesn't seem like enough. So once again, thank you.
Thank you also
for the flowers today. They are absolutely beautiful and you guys are great.
First of all, let me say thank you for the wonderful "welcome" gift. The
gift itself was a pleasant surprise, but the fact that it came from you was
not. Your very professional, yet very personal approach to recruitment is a
credit to the craft of recruiting. In all the years I have been in the ad
business, you are the best representative I have ever worked with by a far
margin.
Steve Bill is terrific! Really caught on IMMEDIATELY! If
you find another one like him, please call. I'd like to add more ***s and
Bills. I'll find room.
C. Hi Guys, Thank you for all your help
in securing a position for me at R*******. I am very excited about the work
they are doing and the team itself. The terms you have listed below are great,
and I can hardly wait until the 19th! Thanks again for your professionalism, it
made all the difference in the world.
Let's stay in touch.
Sincerely, Gary John, Nice job. See, talking regularly with
these guys PAYS OFF! Seems like better communication, and more responsiveness
from Brantley is giving us better and more efficient results.
Keep up
the good work!
PS I think we are starting to get in some good resumes.
Larry, I couldn't be happier. Marcos is great. Good work. Good
attitude. I hope all is going well with you.
RC hi larry it was a
pleasure meeting you and i feel very relieved about the future of my career by
having contacted a talented person such as yourself and such a promising
company... feel free to further contact me if you have any questions as i know
i can with you... i have revised my resume as per your suggestions and i hope
it satisfies the concerns we both had about it...
please, also feel
free to further comment on any more concerns we may have missed... i am
attaching pdf files of the revised resume and also mailing (conventionally)
copies of the revisions too...
sincerely, ron Dear Larry, As a
copywriter, I will have to choose my words carefully. If I were to pick two
words to describe Brantley Communications, they would be Absolut Persistence!
Yeah, I know. I stripped that one from the vault of great ad campaigns,
but it makes its point. You kept trying to place me even after some early
failures, and I am thankful for your persistence.
Please accept these
gifts as a token of my appreciation.
If I can ever be of assistance to
you, please let me know. I would be happy to provide a reference for your
business or share my success story with your potential clients. Without a
doubt, I will forward any talented creatives that I meet to your company.
Sincerely, J. I don't know if you remember me but I was the
individual who had an illustration of a cow with the pattern of ice cream cones
on it. I didn't like it but you did. I met with you on Thursday the 13th at 3.
You couldn't in good conscience represent me when it came to an
advertising/graphic designer. When I suggested I get into sales, you felt that
I just didn't come across as one. You did see potential with my illustrations
you suggested I get Painter 6, get a FTP, a web site, digitize my portfolio,
and get in contact with the Dallas Society of Illustrators. You saw the
possibility of making 3 to 10 in the first quarter. Now before you get nervous
I didn't remember you saying or promising anything when it came to your
organization, in fact I heard the opposite. To be honest with you I didn't like
what you had to say to me. I was an illustrator between 1981-1987 and it wasn't
any bed of roses. I talk with family, and friends who are agreement with you.
They believe I was born to illustrate. With family support and what's left of
my 401k which was going to evaporate anyway I decided to take the plunge. What
the hay, I could sell Volkswagens if this doesn't pan out. Since seeing you I
have been busy, joined the Dallas Society of Illustrators and within a day was
having dinner or should I say sat next to Braldt Bralds during dinner after he
address members at their year's "highlight event". Couldn't ask for better
timing! Beening a former vice president of the society in 1986, I instantly
became an oddity, relic, and sage. I acquire Painter 6 from your recommendation
and am happy to discover the underlining structure of the software is Fractal
Dabbler. The learning curve is almost non existent. I have a website now and am
scrambling to find the least expensive way to upload the images. Luckily,
working on photoshop, producing new images takes less than a couple of hours.
I'll weight my options. Thanks again for taking the time to talk to me,
F. |
